This program will show Launch and Grow companies how to make your company "discoverable" by investors and how to find angel groups, VC's or Corporate VC's who invest in your stage and type of company. The EC has just subscribed to Pitchbook which is the premier database for finding information on private companies, investors (Angel Groups, VC's, Corporate VC's, PE's), and funding deal information.

On the evening of September 8th, entrepreneurs from the class will pitch their business concepts to a panel of judges and a live audience at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Join us to watch the pitches, meet the entrepreneurs, and enjoy networking with other really cool people over food and drink.

The annual SoBro Fest returns on Friday September 18th from 6:00 pm-11:00 pm in Downtown Nashville's South of Broadway area.  The event will feature live entertainment, food trucks, start up village from the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and much more.

Steve Buchanan shares that story both locally and nationally as the President of Opry Entertainment Group (parent company to the Grand Ole Opry) and as the  Executive Producer of ABC’s “Nashville”.   Leading a group with such rich history not only in Nashville, but the country music landscape as a whole, has given Steve the knowledge and perspective to truly tell the story of Nashville’s continued growth.
