Dr. Bryan Hartley is an interventional radiologist at Vanderbilt University specializing in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. His clinical work focuses on improving patient outcomes through advanced imaging techniques, while his research and innovation efforts center on medical device development that brings scalable, real-world solutions to healthcare settings. 

As co-founder and CEO of Pulmera, Dr. Hartley is driving the development of accessible intraoperative 3D imaging through a platform that transforms standard C-arms into precision systems. A graduate of the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship, he applies user-driven design and clinical insight to create technologies that reduce capital barriers, improve surgical decision-making, and broaden access to cutting-edge care.
