Scaling up an evidence-based digital intervention for obesity prevention: the Greenlight Plus program

Greenlight Plus is a digital health intervention designed to prevent childhood obesity through pediatric primary care counseling combined with a responsive text messaging platform and web-based dashboard. The intervention incorporates health literacy-informed content, adaptive feedback, goal-setting, and self-monitoring tools tailored to parents’ language and communication preferences. The follow-on award will support translation of this clinically validated intervention into a scalable, commercially viable platform for pediatric obesity prevention.
