Development of a Commercial Assay for Clonal Hematopoiesis of Indeterminate Potential (CHIP)

This project develops a targeted genomic assay and custom bioinformatic pipeline to detect CHIP variants with high sensitivity and at dramatically reduced cost. The approach captures key genomic regions, enables deep sequencing for low-frequency variant detection, and is positioned for clinical validation and commercialization.
