This project develops a general method for highly multiplexed PCR in a single tube, using mediator probes and a combinatoric algorithm to enable exponential scaling of target detection. The approach simplifies assay implementation and instrumentation while reducing reagent use and cost, with broad applicability to any PCR-based testing.
