Advanced Prototype Development for an Ultra-low-cost Dermatoscope

Early detection of skin cancer is often delayed because patients and primary care providers lack tools to capture high-quality images for remote review. This project develops a low-cost, paper-based dermatoscope with enhancements and a prototype mobile app, while pursuing patentable features to support manufacturability and clinical adoption.
