Eligibility & Requirements
- Technology Readiness Levels 3-9 accepted (experimental proof of concept through market-ready products)
- Must utilize microbe, enzyme, or fermentation-based active with demonstrated oral health activity
- Solution must be palatable for companion animals
- Must comply with pet health product regulations in key global markets (USA, EU, South America, China)
- Clear evidence of safety for animal use required
- Promising preliminary efficacy data demonstrating oral health benefits
- Potential for scalable production methods
- Formulation compatibility with practical delivery formats (oral chews, treats, gels, water/food additives)
- Synthetic chemicals are out of scope
