Cameron Crain, M.A.

Cameron joined the CTTC in September 2022, working with the New Ventures team to assist faculty and administration in commercializing Vanderbilt's IP, with an emphasis on guiding post-launch startup activity and investor relations. Previously, he was Co-Founder, President, and COO of X Co, an independent accelerator investing and training early-stage software companies. Before venture, he was an educator and Director of Marketing at Sage Ridge School and the Founder and Managing Director for Nevada Shakespeare Company. Cameron holds a Master’s in Theatre Production from Southern Oregon University and a B.A. in English from Washington State University, along with a Venture Capital certification from Berkeley Law.
