Understanding insect physiology is key to the development of effective crop protection solutions, and we need your help to do so.
While there have been significant advances in sample tissue preparation for imaging in mammals and other organisms, analyzing crop pest insect tissue via microscopy and downstream mass spectrometry-based analyses remains under-represented in literature.
We are looking to collaborate with organizations and research groups (i.e. academic labs and CROs) with access to capabilities covering the complete workflow:
- Sectioning techniques that create minimal distortion and artefact generation during processing of tissues (to be used for spatio-temporal proteomic mapping)
- High resolution microscopy imaging
- MS-based (prote)omics analyses.
