POSTPONED: Glenn Perdue Business Valuation Seminar - 2020

When:
Monday, March 23, 2020 - 12:00pm to 1:30pm
Location:
Nashville Technology Council, 500 Interstate Boulevard South

Regretfully, due to COVID-19 and concerns about large group meetings, we are postponing the Business Valuation program to be conducted by Glenn Perdue on March 23, 2020 until later this year. While we are disappointed, we are hopeful that the large number of registrants for the March 23rd session will attend the future seminar. It is an interesting and very useful discussion regarding important valuation issues that arise in startup and early stage companies.

For those of you who registered, refunds will be issued.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email heather.kachinko@vanderbilt.edu

Thank you for your interest. We will update our website when we have a new date for the event.

Nashville-based valuation expert, Glenn Perdue, will lead a seminar on the valuation process of early-stage businesses. This information is critical for new business ventures and helps to determine business strategy, financial modeling, equity interests, and the overall investment potential. Glenn will discuss the fundamentals of each approach to valuation, together with the limitations and caveats. A question and answer session will follow.

Glenn is a managing member of Kraft Analytics, LLC, which provides valuation, litigation support and transaction advisory support to businesses and attorneys. He is also a certified valuation analyst (CVA), forensic financial analyst (CFFA) and licensing professional (CLP). He is a current board member of Life Sciences Tennessee, the Nashville Technology Council, and a member of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Council at Vanderbilt University Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization.

Seating is limited, so those interested are asked to RSVP.
