Seeking Novel Therapeutic Approaches in Oncology

BSM Biotech Holding seeks innovative discovery research projects in oncology to identify novel therapeutic approaches for further development. The company forms new ventures in collaboration with research teams through licensing deals or technology transfer, providing funding and support on a case-by-case basis.

Approaches of interest

  • Immuno-oncology approaches
  • Cancer stem cell therapy
  • Epigenetic regulators
  • Precision medicine based on genetic and/or molecular biomarkers
  • Solid and haematological cancers with any mechanisms of action and modalities (mAb's, small molecules, ADC's, aptamers, bi/trispecific molecules, gene expression regulators)

Out of scope

  • Cell therapy approaches
  • Diagnostics (unless companion diagnostics), medical devices, nutrition, OTC products
  • Repurposing and reformulation of therapeutics

Developmental stage of interest: Target validation and hit identification are minimum requirements. In vitro validation data evidencing molecular/cellular function is preferred. In vivo efficacy and safety data is desirable. Projects should have hit molecules identified with IP filed or under preparation for protection in USA, Europe, and Japan.
