Production of hydrocolloid patches at scale

Production of Hydrocolloid Patches at Scale. Seeking innovative, cost-effective methods to produce hydrocolloid patches at scale for use in consumer health products, ensuring high quality and performance.

What we are looking for:

Scalable production processes for hydrocolloid patches that maintain quality, efficacy, and cost-efficiency, suitable for integration into consumer health products like wound care or skincare solutions.

Must have Requirements are:

  • Scalable manufacturing process for hydrocolloid patches with consistent quality.
  • Compatibility with existing hydrocolloid formulations for wound care or skincare.
  • Compliance with regulatory standards for consumer health products (e.g., FDA or EU regulations).

Nice-to-have requirements are:

  • Cost-effective production methods to reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Ability to incorporate active ingredients (e.g., antimicrobials, healing agents).
  • Environmentally friendly materials or processes.
  • High-throughput production capacity for large-scale commercialization.

Out of scope:

  • Non-hydrocolloid based patches or materials.
  • Production methods not suitable for consumer health applications.
  • Processes requiring non-standard or proprietary equipment not widely available.
