Harris Computer Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of digiChart Inc. digiChart is a Vanderbilt start-up and is a provider of electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management solutions for Obstetricians and Gynecologists (OB/GYN) practices in the United States.
digiChart’s innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions complement Harris’ existing healthcare information technology (“HCIT”) portfolio. Harris will continue to develop, sell, implement and support the digiChart products from its headquarters in Nashville, TN.
