The Vanderbilt University School of Medicine has announced the Enabling Innovations Initiative (eI2) - a new program to promote a culture of innovations and dissemination of new knowledge and discovery through entrepreneurial pathways. Among the many components of eI2 is a new seminar series focused on advancing innovation through translational research and entrepreneurship. The first seminar in this Innovators Speaker Series features Chase Spurlock and Thomas Aune, co-founders of IQuity. IQuity has developed and deployed a breakthrough RNA diagnostic technology that originated in the Aune lab at Vanderbilt. The seminar will be held at 3PM Friday, January 5th in Light Hall 214.
