Companies involved in life sciences and healthcare information technology consider Hunter Rost a trusted advisor. He counsels companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and recapitalization, intellectual property transactions, joint ventures, private equity financings, and public and private securities offerings. Hunter also advises private equity and venture capital firms on change of control issues and deal terms when making investments in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare IT companies. 

 

 

Brian Laden, Co-founder & Partner, TriStar Technology Ventures
Dr. Laden co-founded TriStar Technology Ventures in 2009. Through his role at TriStar, he serves on the Board of Directors for VenX, Molecular Sensing, GOBA and Diagnovus. Prior to the founding of TriStar, Dr. Laden served as the Assistant Director in the Office of Technology Transfer and Enterprise Development at Vanderbilt University. That role involved leading various technology transfer functions for Vanderbilt, which included identifying, protecting, marketing and licensing promising new technologies to companies of all stages and sizes, as well as developing collaborative, sponsored R&D and material transfer relationships with industry.

Glenn Perdue is the managing member of Kraft Analytics, LLC, which focuses upon valuation, forensic and transaction advisory services. Valuation experience includes the valuation of businesses, equity interests, intellectual property and other intangible assets for investment, lending, managerial planning, compliance, accounting, tax, marital dissolution, restructuring and litigation purposes.
