As a co-founder of the Nashville Innovation Alliance, Vanderbilt University showcased several technologies at the 2025 Nashville Innovation Summit, hosted by the Greater Nashville Technology Council. The annual event brings together leaders in data, AI, innovation, and leadership to share insights, engage in hands-on learning, and connect with peers in the rapidly growing Nashville tech scene.
At this year's Summit, Vanderbilt's Industry Collaborations team showcased multiple innovations for how VU research drives real-world impact, which translates into startup companies that align with the Nashville Innovation Alliance’s mission:
- Mobius AI, Inc, an on-demand transportation management AI system
- Amplify, an enterprise-level generative AI platform
- A current research collaboration between the Nashville Department of Transportation (NDOT) and Institute for Software Integrated Systems deploying LiDAR technology to enhance safety downtown on Broadway.
These initiatives highlight Vanderbilt’s role in advancing innovation that benefits both industry and the Nashville community.
